Founder · DDS
A Texarkana native, Dr. Looney earned his DDS from the University of Texas Dental School in 1980 and began practicing alongside his father and uncle before going into private practice in 1988. He founded Eagle Dental Center in 2014. An avid hunter and outdoorsman, he spends fall Saturdays cheering on his Texas Longhorns.
Prosthodontics · DDS, MS
Dr. Hegmann is from Texarkana and graduated from Pleasant Grove High School. He earned his DDS and MS degrees from West Virginia University in 2006, with advanced training in prosthodontics, an oral & maxillofacial surgery internship, and implant placement — including implant-supported dentures. On weekends he loves spending time with his two sons and playing golf.

Dr. Patterson grew up in Texarkana, Texas, graduating from Pleasant Grove High School in 1998 and the University of Arkansas in 2002 before dental school at the University of Tennessee in Memphis. He follows in the footsteps of his uncle and grandfather — both dentists who served the Texarkana area.

Born in Louisiana and raised in Corpus Christi, Dr. Levine graduated from the University of Texas and earned his DDS from UT Dental School in 1980. He met Dr. Looney in dental school, and now works in the same practice and town he always spoke of. He enjoys the golf course and the extended family he's found at Eagle Dental.

Dr. Patel is from College Station, Texas, where he attended Texas A&M University. He obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Southern California Dental School in Los Angeles. After years in general practice in Dallas and Corpus Christi, he's excited to be part of the Eagle Dental family.

Born and raised in Columbus, Mississippi, Dr. McCullough graduated from the University of Mississippi Medical Center in 2021 and practiced in Flora, MS before joining Eagle Dental Center in 2023. Outside the office, he spends his time with his wife Kristy and their four boys — most weekends at the baseball fields.
